OGGETTO DEL CONTRATTO

 

Le presenti Condizioni Generali hanno per oggetto l'acquisto di prodotti e di servizi, effettuato a distanza tramite rete telematica, da Ferrisud s.r.l., con sede legale in Viale Corrado Grande, 35, 84048 Castellabate (SA) , P. IVA. 04058460652 titolare del sito http://www.ferrisud.it

Ogni operazione d'acquisto sara' regolata dalle disposizioni di cui al Dlgs n. 185/99 e, per quanto concerne la tutela della riservatezza, sara' sottoposta alla normativa di cui alla Legge n. 675/96 e successive modifiche.


Modalità d'acquisto

Il Cliente può acquistare solo i prodotti presenti nel catalogo della Ferrisud Ferramenta. al momento dell'inoltro dell'ordine così come descritti nelle relative schede informative. Resta inteso che l'immagine a corredo della scheda descrittiva di un prodotto è perfettamente rappresentativa delle sue caratteristiche per colore, dimensioni, prodotti accessori presenti in figura. Tutte le informazioni tecniche di supporto di un prodotto possono essere rese ancora più esaustive chiamando:

Quindi siamo a disposizione per qualsiasi problema/chiarimento.

Tutte le fasi dell'acquisto verranno notificate TEMPESTIVAMENTE al cliente, il quale potrà conoscere lo stato dell'ordine direttamente dal suo profilo personale oppure ricevendo una mail direttamente dal nostro staff. Tale messaggio di conferma riporterà un 'Numero Ordine', da utilizzare in ogni ulteriore comunicazione Ferrisud Ferramenta. Il messaggio ripropone tutti i dati inseriti dal Cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni, secondo le modalità descritte in questo documento.

Nel caso in cui un prodotto ordinato dovesse risultare non disponibile in magazzino (il movimento non è regolato solo dalla vendita online ma anche dal nostro punto vendita), il Cliente verrà avvertito tramite email o numero di telefono al momento dell'ordine. Il Cliente quindi potrà decidere se aspettare la disponibilità (considerando che il 70% dei prodotti sono rifornibili in magazzino due giorni alla settimana) oppure, se ha già provveduto al pagamento, richiedere la restituzione della somma pagata.


Fatturazione

Lo scontrino fiscale della merce verrà allegato a qualsiasi spedizione. Il Cliente potrà richiedere, se registrato con Partita Iva, l'emissione della fattura. In questo caso dovrà informarci tramite le modalità descritte sopra.


Modalità di pagamento

Tutti i prezzi indicati sono comprensivi d'IVA .

Il Cliente potrà conoscere lo stato dell'ordine tramite il suo account personale nella sezione "I miei ordini".


Pagamento con PayPal:

Potete effettuare il pagamento PayPal selezionando la modalità di pagamento alla fine dell'ordine. In questo caso non è necessario segnalarci l'avvenuto pagamento in quanto provvederà PayPal automaticamente. Per garantire la massima sicurezza, la transazione di pagamento è effettuata direttamente sul server sicuro della banca. Pertanto, i numeri delle carte di credito del cliente non vengono memorizzati sul sito e i dati risiedono esclusivamente nel circuito di PayPal.

Pagamento con Bonifico bancario:

Potete conoscere tutti i dati per poter pagare tramite bonifico bancario selezionando la modalità di pagamento alla fine dell'ordine. Dopo la conferma d'ordine , verranno inviate all'indirizzo di posta elettronica del Cliente, oppure alla fine dell'acquisto, le coordinate bancarie per poter effettuare il bonifico.

These General Conditions concern the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via computer network, from Ferrisud s.r.l., with registered office in Viale Corrado Grande, 35, 84048 Castellabate ( SA), VAT number. 04058460652 owner of the site http://www.ferrisud.it

Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.


Method of purchase

The Customer can only purchase the products in the Ferrisud Ferramenta catalogue. at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product is perfectly representative of its characteristics in terms of colour, size and accessory products shown in the figure. All phases of the purchase will be PROMPTLY notified to the customer, who will be able to know the status of the order directly from his personal profile or by receiving an email directly from our staff. This confirmation message will contain an 'Order Number', to be used in any further Ferrisud Ferramenta communication. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.

In the event that an ordered product is not available in stock (the movement is not regulated only by online sales but also by our store), the Customer will be notified by email or telephone number at the time of the order. The Customer can therefore decide whether to wait for availability (considering that 70% of the products can be restocked in the warehouse two days a week) or, if he has already made the payment, request the refund of the amount paid.


Billing

The receipt of the goods will be attached to any shipment. The Customer may request, if registered with a VAT number, the issuance of the invoice. In this case, you must inform us in the manner described above.

Payment by bank transfer:

Spese di trasporto

Le spese di trasporto verranno segnalate al momento della conferma dell'ordine e saranno calcolate in considerazione della misura del suo peso/volume espresso in Kg. Vogliamo precisare che ogni prodotto è pesato attraverso bilancia elettronica per poter agevolare e velocizzare l'acquisto online che calcola automaticamente le spese di spedizioni. Nel caso in cui la destinazione dovesse essere per le ISOLE MINORI il cliente sarà contattato per eventuali spese aggiuntive.

IMPORTANTE: NEL RICEVERE LA MERCE CONTROLLATE CON ESATTEZZA I COLLI CHE VI CONSEGNANO. NEL CASO DI RIFIUTI MERCE PARZIALE O TOTALE PER ROTTURE O AMMACCHI FATE SEMPRE LA RISERVA IN BOLLA; DIVERSAMENTE NON CI RITERREMO ASSOLUTAMENTE RESPONSABILI


Il cliente verrà fornito del codice per la tracciabilità del pacco durante il tracking.

Il cliente può chiedere di pagare le spese di assicurazione pari a 3,20€ + IVA, fino a 400€ di valore assicurato. Oltre 400€, verrà applicato un premio pari all'1% + IVA del valore assicurato (arrotondato allo scaglione di 50 € superiore). . Per richiedere questa clausola il Cliente, dopo aver effettuato l'Ordine, dovrà avvertirci nella sezione Contattaci oppure tramite telefono al numero 0974/961441.

A tutti i clienti che hanno la possibilita' di ritirare la merce con mezzi propri, direttamente presso la nostra sede in Viale Corrado Grande, 35, 84048 Castellabate (SA), si applichera' il prezzo on line ( che su buona parte degli articoli risulta essere piu' basso del prezzo praticato in sede) a condizione che:

1) facciano l'iscrizione al sito stesso ( e' gratuita);

2) facciano un ordine preventivo, direttamente dal sito stesso, tramite e-mail, lo stesso sara' poi preparato dal nostro personale e ritirato dal cliente senza costi aggiuntivi di trasporto.


Diritto di recesso del consumatore

Se acquisti come consumatore, puoi esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni dalla consegna dei beni, senza dover indicare una motivazione, salvo le eccezioni previste dalla legge.

Per comunicarci il recesso scrivi a info@ferrisud.it, indicando numero d'ordine, prodotti interessati e dati utili a identificare l'acquisto. Puoi anche inviare una dichiarazione esplicita a Ferrisud s.r.l., Viale Corrado Grande 35, 84048 Castellabate (SA), Italia. Non è obbligatorio utilizzare una raccomandata.

Restituisci i beni entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione del recesso, conservandone accessori e dotazioni e utilizzando un imballaggio adeguato a proteggerli durante il trasporto. Le spese dirette di restituzione sono a tuo carico. Non applichiamo una commissione fissa di riassortimento; resta possibile valutare l'eventuale diminuzione di valore causata da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per verificare natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento dei beni.

Rimborsiamo i pagamenti ricevuti, comprese le spese della consegna standard meno costosa offerta, entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione del recesso. Gli eventuali supplementi per una consegna più costosa scelta dal cliente non sono rimborsati. Possiamo sospendere il rimborso fino alla ricezione dei beni oppure alla prova della loro spedizione, se precedente. Utilizziamo lo stesso mezzo di pagamento, salvo diverso accordo senza costi aggiuntivi per il cliente.

Il recesso non si applica, tra gli altri casi previsti dalla legge, ai beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati. La semplice apertura di una confezione non esclude automaticamente il recesso. Restano fermi i diritti relativi a prodotti difettosi o non conformi.

IMPORTANT: WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS, CHECK THE PACKAGES THAT YOU WILL BE DELIVERED FOR EXACTLY. IN THE EVENT OF PARTIAL OR TOTAL REFUSAL OF GOODS DUE TO BREAKAGE OR DENT, ALWAYS MAKE THE RESERVE ON THE BOIL; OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABSOLUTELY RESPONSIBLE


The customer will be provided with the parcel tracking code during tracking.

The customer can ask to pay the insurance costs of €3.20 + VAT, up to €400 of insured value. Over €400, a premium equal to 1% + VAT of the insured value will be applied (rounded up to the next €50). . To request this clause, the Customer, after placing the Order, must notify us in the Contact Us section or by telephone on 0974/961441.

To all customers who have the opportunity to collect the goods by their own means, directly at our headquarters in Viale Corrado Grande, 35, 84048 Castellabate (SA), the online price will apply (which on most of the items is be lower than the price charged on site) provided that:

1) register on the site itself (it's free);

2) make a preventive order, directly from the site itself, by e-mail, the same will then be prepared by our staff and collected by the customer without additional transport costs.


Consumer right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the goods, without giving a reason, except where a statutory exception applies.

To notify us of your withdrawal, email info@ferrisud.it and provide your order number, the products concerned and the information needed to identify your purchase. You may also send an explicit statement to Ferrisud s.r.l., Viale Corrado Grande 35, 84048 Castellabate (SA), Italy. A registered letter is not mandatory.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, keeping their accessories and supplied components and using packaging that protects them during transport. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee; any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may be assessed.

We reimburse the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Any additional charge for a more expensive delivery option chosen by you is not reimbursed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost to you.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other statutory exceptions, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Simply opening packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. Your rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
